Worth a quick read before you rely on the numbers
Everything on CalcFy is calculated based on the numbers you enter. In real life, banks add processing fees, GST on interest, insurance charges and other terms that vary from lender to lender. So the actual figure you get from your bank will almost always be a bit different. Always confirm the final numbers directly with your bank.
EMI results are based on a standard formula. Different banks have different fees, prepayment penalties and processing charges that will affect your actual EMI. Use this as a ballpark figure, not the final word.
The return percentage you enter in SIP or any investment calculator is an assumed rate โ not a guaranteed one. Markets go up and down. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk, and FD rates change over time too. Don't treat projected returns as a promise.
Tax rules change with every budget. We try to keep things updated but mistakes can happen. Before you file your ITR or make any tax-related decisions, verify with the official Income Tax website or an accountant. Don't rely solely on our tax calculator output for that.
Everything on this site is for general information only. Taking a home loan, buying insurance, starting an investment โ these are big decisions. For those, a qualified financial advisor is always the better option. CalcFy is a tool to help you understand numbers, not a substitute for professional guidance.
